My Yummy Health Bars

Ingredients

1/4 cup Butter
1/2 cup Apple Sauce
3 Tbsp Peanut Butter
3 tbsp Organic Honey
1/4 cup Organic Raw Sugar
Handful of Dried Cranberries
Handful of Pumpkin Seeds
Handful of Sultanas
2 1/2 cups Organic Oats
1 tsp Baking Soda.

Method:

-Preheat the oven to 180 degrees celsius and line a baking tray with greaseproof paper.

-Melt butter, apple sauce and peanut butter in a pan over a low heat.
-Once all ingredients have mixed, stir in the sugar and honey.
-Take the mixture off the heat and mix in the oats until all of the liquid mix has been absorbed.
-Mix in the dried fruits and seeds (feel free to add others such as dried apricots or flax seed)
-Stir in the baking powder to the oat mix.

-Pour the mixture into the baking tray, then pop in the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes.
-Once cooked through pull out and cut into squares before allowing to cool in the tray.
-Once cooled take out of the baking tray and serve. 

I have added a drizzle of caramel on top of these ones I made this morning but they are just as yummy without!
